The Frame TV comes with a special 4 piece installation kit to get that flush minimal gap to the wall look and a massive one connect box with the inputs and processing in it to let the tv be so thin. 
This requires you to either place a big black box on a dresser or cabinet which ruins the clean look of the frame tv so with my custom frame tv mounting mounting service in park city I cut out the wall behind the tv insert a low voltage media in wall box, relocate power inside the box, conceal the one connect box inside the media box and the tv covers it giving you a super clean install.
